Here at Harris Engines we use a Berco precision machine to accurately grind your crankshafts bearing journals, set the correct crankshaft strokes and extend stroke machining. At the same time we set and correct the phase angles of your crankpins as this will guarantee that your pistons all work in tune to achieve optimum performance.
After the grinding process we complete the job with linishing and micro polishing to ensure the very best surface finishes are achieved. This will produce superior results and maximize bearing life.
